Peak Kettlebell - 20+ minutes

The highest level of difficulty and ultimate OutdoorBody fitness class using 1 (or 2) kettlebells. All Peak Kettlebell workouts are 20+ minutes long and have a variety of HIIT training/strength building workouts. The best full classroom style sessions in the wild that vary from tabata, upper body, lower body, total body, HIIT, core, and more! Just pick your wild adventure! You need 1 kettlebell for these workouts, unless it is labeled “Double Kettlebell” then you need 2 of the exact same weight. The wild is waiting!
