Workouts designed for those starting their fitness journey. 10 minute non-stop bodyweight movements which change up every 30seconds (work up to 2 rounds in a row). Geared to teach the correct form and go at your own pace. We will dive into full-body, cardio, boxing, Core, Wild flow movements, and more! Start here if you are new to fitness or just getting back into working out. Challenging, fun while learning, and quickly progress you OutdoorBody fit level.
