My Name is Tommy Cassano, & fitness has been my passion since an early age.

I got a huge awakening 15 years ago when the doctor labeled me "clinically obese" when I thought I was healthy at the time.

Ever since then, I have dedicated my life to helping women achieve their best body: both mentally and physically.

I felt a lot of hardships through trial and error losing over 50lbs, but I have learned 2 overall truths: 1. You are very unique in your own personal heath journey 2. There are UNIVERSAL TOOLS that if implemented daily and correctly, can substantially increase your health, longevity, and happiness!

The label "Health Guru" was earned the hard way over many years of experimenting with myself and clients, but now I UNDERSTAND.

I have become a better health coach and full of gratitude because I have gone through it with you.

Who's Tommy?

Tommy is founder of the OutdoorBody - a community, a set of health hacks and resources for busy people that include: Fasting Programs, LEAN28, and OutdoorBody Workout Systems.

He is an international speaker and researcher in the world of biohacking, longevity, and vitality. He is a highly motivated, experienced, elite health and fitness trainer, executive coach and ultra-trail runner.

Since graduating in 2006 from Colgate University as student-athlete in football, he has been helping busy people (mostly women) achieve greater success in their health, fitness, longevity and overall confidence. His purpose is to take you to the next level of mindset with regards to optimizing your overall wellbeing. He is extremely passionate about living a healthy, adventurous life full of vigor and exploring the unknown to achieve greater success for himself and others!

No matter where you are in your health journey he believes anything is achievable with the right tools and mindset. No matter who or where you are, you deserve the utmost best in your health!
