The Wild is Calling
At the crossroads of the fitness and the outdoors is the movement called OutdoorBody. Not just a workout, a training system, a daily serotonin adventure spike, or just an outdoor fitness brand; it is an ‘out of body’ experience delivered to you, no matter where you are located in the world in every workout training session. We all know the health benefits of working out, moving our bodies, and getting in that daily sweat. But what about Nature?
In my personal opinion, we all suffer from Nature Deficit Disorder resulting in ‘potential’ behavioral issues and the lack of benefits that are associated with the simple task of spending more time outside. We all (or hope we all) have felt that endorphins when playing on the beach, hiking in the mountains, exploring a forest, excursions in the rainforest, jumping in a lake and so on. This same feeling is at the heart of the OutdoorBody. In the quest to find the best locations on the planet, the absolute end goal is to deliver this sense of nature endorphins, the feeling of being ‘out of your body’, and tapping into the mind-body connection. Combine this with the adrenaline rush of an amazing workout, the end result is the OutdoorBody experience!
Nothing can be the exact same as actually being in the Grand Canyon, the red rocks of Zion, the rain forest of Olympic, the glaciated lakes of Glacier National Park, the caldera of Crater Lake, the hoodoos of Bryce, the 3,000ft granite monolith El Cap in Yosemite, and so much more; but there is a very close 2nd and that is working out in all these places in 4k from anywhere in the world. Step out of your comfort zone and explore the unknown while benefiting from the most effective, results driven workouts on the planet. The OutdoorBody awaits….Let’s Go Wild!
